Burj Khalifa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2,717 ft):
It has163 floors, this Dubai skyscraper has 30,000 residences, nine hotels, a shopping mall,  19 residential towers, a man-made lake comprises of 30 acres. It has been the tallest skyscraper since the time it was completed in 2010. it was an initiative of the government from more oil-based to service-oriented to tourism-centric. The designer of Burj Khalifa is Adrian Smith. It is the tallest building in the world.

Shanghai Towers, Shanghai, China (2,073 ft):
The construction of Shanghai Towers took eight years to complete and it began in 2006.  It is base to the world’s highest observation deck.  $4.2 billion is the total cost of the building. With 121 floors, it has 1,100 parking spaces and 320 hotel rooms in it. It is the second tallest building in the world. It has retail spaces, cafes, restaurant and gardens. Chinese architect Jue Xia leading the design team and  American architectural firm Gensler designed the building. It holds 360-degree views of the city for visitors. It is said to be the second largest building in the world.

Makkah Royal Clock Tower, Mecca, Saudi Arabia (1,972 ft):
It is government owned and is located in the city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia and Besides hotel rooms, the tower has a conference centre, an Islamic Museum, a prayer room  which can be used by 10,000 people, a shopping mall and a Lunar Observation Centre. The tower’s clock face, designed by German architect Mahmoud Bodo Rasch, is the largest in the world. It is of great value to the culture and society of Saudi Arabia. It is said to be the third largest building in the world.

Ping An Intl Finance Centre ( 1,965 ft):
 The building in Shenzhen, China has a conference
centre, high-end shopping mall, hotel, and retail spaces. The building uses a total of 33 double-decker elevators to reach its 115 floors. This finance centre was planned to surpass the Shanghai Tower and become the tallest skyscraper in China, however, the 60-meter antenna designed to be at the top was dropped as it was obstructing flight paths. The building is situated within the Central Business District of Shenzhen, China and its 115 stories will contain the headquarters of Ping An Insurance, a high-end shopping mall, hotels rooms, offices, retail spaces etc. It has an observation deck at the top. It is said to be the fourth largest building in the world.

Lotte World Tower, Seoul, South Korea (1,819 ft): The skyscraper in Seoul has123 floors, six of which are underground. The roof is made with 3,000 tonnes of steel parts, can withstand earthquakes up to a magnitude of 9 on the Richter scale. It opened in 1989 and contains a theme park, movie theatres and a shopping mall. The interior contains private office spaces, retail outlets, residences, a luxury hotel,  and public access floors along with an observation deck. It is said to be the fifth largest building in the world.
